Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours for express shipping and within 72 hours for standard shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your Talo is on its way.

Free express shipping is included on orders over £35.

Returns

Changed your mind? No stress. You’ve got 30 days to return your Talo for a full refund - no questions asked. Just make sure it’s in original condition and packaging.

Warranty

Your Talo is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If anything stops working as expected (and it’s not due to damage or misuse), we’ll replace it - simple as that.
